Mr. Rajender Bisht is the Founder of  SAATHI SAMAAJ UTTHAAN  WELFARE SOCIETY and the Director of SAATHI KALA KENDRA- the Cultural Unit of the Society .  On 13 July,  2006, the Society was Registered under Society Act, 1860 and 80G of income tax from Haldawani, Uttarakhand  and then covered a long path with gaining great recognition from the people of Uttarakhand and other parts of the Nation under the leadership of  Mr. Rajender Bisht.  Belonging to Uttarakhand,  the only son of Smt. Laxmi Devi and Sh.Gopal Singh Bisht, is a Post Graduate from University of Delhi and a student of Indian Classical Music and folk Dances. A Stage Artist,Singer, Anchor, Writer and Director of many Uttaranchali Films has pledged to devote his life towards the Cultural and Social development of  the Society.
