Born on 15th March, 1943, in a small village – Dhungadhara, Distt. Pithoragarh of Uttarakhand. After passing Matric in 1961, came Delhi in search of Service. He initially worked with famous Journalist and writer Pragyachakshu Sh.Satya Dev Vidhyalankaar. Having worked in Sarita and Mukta for some time, he joined Loksabha Secretariat in March, 1966. During his service period, he worked with Sh. Prakashvir Shastri, Atal Bihari Vajpaee. Shyamnandan Mishra and P.V. Narsingh Rao and while working with these people travelled more than 40 countries of the world. After getting Retired from service on 31 March 2003, he started the work of writing. So far, he got published two Books – ‘Ateet Ke Kuch Panne’ and ‘Colonel Zim Corbett’. He takes keen Interest in writing the Articles and Stories for Magazines and newspapers.

Born in village Nailwal Pali, District Almora, Mr. Kamal Singh Graduated from Meerut University & then had Post Graduation from JNU, New Delhi. After that he did his MBA from FMS, University of Delhi. Started his career from New Delhi,YMCA, he joined later AIMA, rose to the position of Director-CMD,AIMA. Currently he is Director General, National HRD Network, India.

He specially takes keen interest in Activities promoting development in Hills.
